How to recall an email from Outlook
How to recall an email from Outlook
Have you sent an email you would like to recall?
From Outlook, go to your Sent Items
Double click on the email
At the top of the email you will see several options. In the Move section, click on the down arrow by Actions, and choose Recall this Message.
Choose which options best fits your need and choose Ok. If you have the Tell me if recall succeeds or fails for each recipient checked, then you will receive an email that your request was successful. If the recipient(s) have already opened the email before the recall was sent, this action will not recall the message.
